Most inputs (such as your birth date, time, and location) stay on your device and are never persisted on Luvsa's servers. Whenever cloud features are involved, we pseudonymize data and apply strict access controls.
Data We Process
- Basic profile inputs you provide (name, date of birth, birth time, location) strictly for generating natal charts or personalized guidance. These inputs stay local unless you explicitly back them up or sync across devices.
- Automatically collected device or browser information: hardware model, OS version, in-app events, notification tokens, crash reports, carrier, time zone, locale, and app settings.
- Mobile advertising identifiers, engagement statistics (session count, duration, feature usage), and ad interactions if ads are displayed.

We partner with vetted processors to help us operate securely. Each processor operates under a data protection agreement aligned with GDPR and other applicable frameworks:
Data may be processed in Belarus, the European Union, or the United States depending on the partner involved. By using Luvsa, you consent to these transfers and safeguards.
User Rights & Controls
- You may withdraw consent or delete your profile data at any time via in-app settings or by emailing our support team.
- Luvsa honors access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, and erasure requests consistent with global privacy laws.
- When you revoke consent, processing performed before withdrawal remains lawful, but we immediately stop any future use.
Security Measures
We secure data through encryption in transit, scoped API keys, role based access, automated monitoring, and annual third-party security reviews. Only essential personnel can access production systems, and we routinely purge raw logs to minimize retention.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect product changes or regulatory guidance. Material changes require fresh consent. If you decline the updated policy, you may continue to export historical insights but cannot access personalized features until you accept the new terms.
