A closer look at connection

Two charts.
A conversation to explore.

Bond brings the people you add into one place. Open a synastry report to explore how two birth charts meet, from an overview of the connection to the planetary details underneath.

Compatibility & Bond

01 / A place to begin

A connection has more than one dimension.

You might communicate easily and approach trust differently, or feel a strong spark while needing more care around emotional needs. Synastry gives you several lenses for exploring that complexity. The useful next step is often a better question to ask each other.

01

Understanding a familiar difference

Use a report to name a theme you have already noticed. Compare it with each person’s experience before drawing conclusions.

02

Looking beyond first impressions

Explore the connection’s overview, then read the aspects behind it. A single score can only introduce a much more layered report.

03

Learning synastry together

Find one inter-chart aspect and look at the planets involved. Read it together as an invitation to talk about how you each relate.

02 / The details that matter

What’s inside.

01

A home for partner charts

Add a person in Bond and open their available chart report. Your own chart and the other person’s birth details are the foundation for the comparison.

02

A connection overview

See an overall compatibility score and an interpretive description of the connection. Treat the score as a summary of the app’s model, rather than a verdict about a relationship.

03

Themes beneath the score

Read the areas that contribute to the comparison. The romantic view includes romance, spark, bond, communication, and trust, each with its own explanation.

04

Planet-to-planet aspects

Explore important contacts between the two charts, including the strongest aspect highlighted in the report. The detail gives context to the overall interpretation.

05

Two charts on one wheel

The synastry wheel places both charts together so you can see their positions and relationships in one visual.

06

House overlays

Look at where one person’s planets fall in the other person’s houses. Accurate birth times are important for this more detailed layer.

03 / Make it your own

Start with three
small steps.

  1. Prepare both sets of details

Complete your own chart and add the other person in Bond. Make sure you have their permission to use their birth information.

  2. Read the overview with context

Begin with the connection description. Then look at the individual areas instead of deciding what the relationship means from the overall score.

  3. Choose a useful conversation

Pick one theme or aspect and ask how it feels for each of you. Let lived experience shape what you keep from the reading.

04 / An illustrative example

Turning a theme into a conversation

Imagine a pair who enjoy spending time together but respond differently when plans change. This is an illustrative use of a report.

An example of how to use the feature. This is not a personal reading or real user data.

The theme to explore

One person feels cared for through consistency; the other feels connected through spontaneity.

The question to ask

Which changes feel exciting, and which changes make it harder for you to relax?

The small experiment

Keep one part of the week predictable and leave another open. Compare how that balance feels after trying it.

What would help us understand each other before asking each other to change?

05 / A few things to know

A little more
clarity.

Does a high score guarantee a good relationship?

No. A score summarizes an interpretive chart comparison. Communication, boundaries, choices, and shared circumstances remain essential parts of any relationship.

What information does the report need?

A completed chart for you and birth information for the other person. Accurate times improve the reliability of angles and house overlays.

Can I compare charts without birth times?

Some planetary comparisons can still be explored, but time-sensitive positions and house overlays should be treated as uncertain. Complete known birth details before relying on the detailed report.

Why look beyond the overall score?

Different areas can tell different stories. Reading the individual themes and aspects makes the report more useful than reducing the whole connection to one number.
